2. Description:
(1) Project Officer/Project Assistant Officer

Note: the position of Project Officer requires higher quality and capability of applicants than Project Assistant Officer.

Promotion condition: Excellent Project Assistant Officer will be directly promoted to Project Officer after passing probation.

(i) 1 person
In charge of implementation, planning and execution of projects related to cities (green and low-carbon cities) and enterprises (green and energy-efficiency enterprises), and accomplishment of pre-setting work objects; the position is available for project officer or project assistant officer;
Job skill: rich knowledge and strong recognition for the development and construction of green and low-carbon cities and enterprises, deep understanding on ecological, environmental protection and renewable energy and so on.
English level: general talks, be able to make simple project description for foreign guests.

(ii) 1 person
In charge of implementation, planning and execution of projects related to international meeting and forum, academic exchange and cooperative program with international organizations, governmental sectors, cities or enterprises, and accomplishment of pre-setting work objects; the position is available for project officer or project assistant officer;
Job skill: rich knowledge and skills on overall planning, strategic cooperation, market operation, project planning of large-scale international meeting of governments, NGOs, industry; strong performance management capacity, certain domestic and overseas partners and cooperation resources and channels, strong coordination and integration capacity.
English level: Be able to talk or negotiate with international organizations, foreign governments or enterprises, and draft English email and program.

A. Responsibility:
Worked in China Center for International Cooperation, be responsible for development, implementation and management of cooperative projects:
(i)  perform market investigation, search, assess and confirm appropriate partners according to cooperative plan and requirement;
(ii) negotiate, draft, sign, track and check cooperative projects, and pay corresponding charges;
(iii)develop and implement forward-looking business, establish platform and seek opportunity for long-term development and cooperation;
(iv) implement domestic or international cooperation projects, apply and promote pilot or demonstration projects, seek strategic or market cooperation on international meetings or forums;
(v)  organize, implement, manage and coordinate relevant projects, for example, seeking object partners, establishing project program, integrating resource of relevant parties and relationship and so on;

A. Responsibility:
Be responsible for development, execution, management of public relation, media and brand construction, project resource:
(i) Draft and implement strategy and object plan of public relation, media and brand construction, project resource;
- Participate in and draft strategic plan of public relation, media and brand construction; set communication strategy including 2-3 year strategic planning, annual, quarterly or monthly plan, implement and complete presetting objects.
(ii) Media and brand management
- Develop and maintain domestic and overseas media, monitor and manage foreign media and news report;
- In charge of brand strategy, management and crisis treatment and others;
- Plan, construct and manage website news and related communication activities;
- Plan, edit, make and publicize journals, express and other materials as per association database;
(iii) Internal construction and management
- Design, implement and publicize major activities;
- Establish, maintain working flow, policy and media material which may upgrade media work;
- Establish and maintain database for domestic and overseas media relationship including contacts, partners.
(iv) External public relation
- Establish and maintain diplomatic and social relationship with media, enterprises, governments, international organizations and so on
- Establish cooperation with new domestic and overseas media, governments or NGOs, including communication, platform, partnership and so on.
(v) External affairs treatment
- Handle unforeseeable intergovernmental and inter-international-group affairs, as well as media interview
- Prepare news speech, or release information or news on certain project or matter via entrusting agency

A. Responsibility:
Worked in China Center for International Cooperation, be responsible for center¡¯s operation and development work; responsible for accomplishment of annual working plan and objectives; responsible for development, implementation and management of cooperative projects, as well as coordination of team members:
- Achieve overall and phasing operation and development objectives, make and implement annual working  plan, standard working flow, lead and supervise center¡¯s operation work;
- Guide, manage, supervise and lead project team, improve quality and achieve objective;
- Make operation analysis and reference report on major decision, put forward analysis and forecast report on center operation and development and submit to superior on a regular basis;

Be responsible for development, execution, management of ¡°international green low-carbon cooperation pilot city and China¡¯s second and third-tier cities green development cooperation program¡±:
- Make market investigation, search, appraise and confirm proper cities according to urban green development cooperation program and requirement;

A. Responsibility:
-assume research project plan and subject construction and development task;
-develop and execute research and analysis projects, including technological research of topic, policy, standard, and report drafting;
-plan and execute subject project, for example: formulate working plan, control and report project progress, control cost and risk, submit achievement report etc;
-implement working requirement of project owner and undertaker, coordinate with experts and advisers to guarantee its high quality;
-draft and execute files, plan and reports related to international cooperation projects of ¡°green and low-carbon cities¡± and ¡°green and energy-efficiency enterprises¡±;
-submit valuable research reports to the Ministry of Environmental Protection, relevant governmental sectors, UN Systems, international organizations;
-offer project consultation and service for governmental sectors, enterprises or other organizations
